BloomMoment app

This privacy policy applies to the BloomMoment app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Run2Achieve Ltd (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not require registration and does not collect personal information from users.

Your diary entries (the affirmation cards you swipe, any notes you write), photos you choose or take inside the app, your settings (language, font, notification cadence), weekly tasks, skill cards, and the optional image you place on the home screen — all of this is stored only in the Application's private sandbox on your device.

None of this data is transmitted to the Service Provider. There is no backend server, no user account system, and no remote storage of any kind.

What device permissions does the Application request, and why?

Notifications — used only to deliver the once-a-day (or every 2 / 3 days, configurable) random "moment" reminder. The Application is fully usable without notifications enabled.

Photo Library — used only when you actively choose an image inside the Application (for the day's photo, for a skill card, or for the home circle). The Application does not read photos you have not selected.

Camera — used only when you actively choose to take a photo inside the Application.

Any image you select or capture is copied into the Application's own private sandbox. That copy is what the Application stores, and it never leaves your device.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

The Application does not share user data with third parties.

The Application does not use any analytics SDK, crash reporting service, advertising network, or third-party tracker.

If additional third-party services (such as analytics, crash reporting, or cloud synchronization) are added in future versions of the Application, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

What about sharing assignments and skill cards between teachers and students?

The Application includes a feature where one user (e.g. a teacher) can create a weekly task or a skill card and share it with another user (e.g. a student) so the student can add it to their own device.

Share codes and links are generated entirely on the sender's device. The Service Provider does not see them, transmit them, or store them. The sender decides whether and how to send the code (for example, by pasting it into a chat application of their choice).

Image-based skill cards are not transmitted by the Application itself: the sender shares the image file through their own channel (for example, by sending it as a regular photo in a messaging app), and the recipient saves it into the Application from their own photo library.

What are my opt-out rights?

Because the Application does not collect personal information, there is no ongoing collection of personal data to opt out of.

You can stop all use of the Application easily by uninstalling it. Uninstalling the Application removes all data the Application has stored on your device. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Children

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age required to consent to data processing in their country.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing children never to provide personal information through the Application and/or Services without permission.

If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (contact@run2achieve.info) so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of user information. Since the Application does not collect or transmit personal information, there is minimal risk of unauthorized access to user data by the Service Provider.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.

You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-05-20.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to this Privacy Policy and its terms.

If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about the practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at contact@run2achieve.info.
