Purrductivity app
This privacy policy applies to the Purrductivity app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Run2Achieve Ltd (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application does not require registration and does not collect personal information from users.
Any focus sessions, settings, progress, unlocked cats, or other app data are stored locally on the user's device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider.
If the user chooses to connect Apple Health (HealthKit), health data is accessed solely to provide health-related features within the Application and remains stored locally on the user's device. The Service Provider does not collect, store, share, or sell Apple Health data.
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not knowingly share user data with third parties.
If additional third-party services (such as analytics, crash reporting, or cloud synchronization) are added in future versions of the Application, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Because the Application does not collect personal information, there is no ongoing collection of personal data to opt out of.
You can stop all use of the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age required to consent to data processing in their country.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing children never to provide personal information through the Application and/or Services without permission.
If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (contact@run2achieve.info) so that appropriate action can be taken.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of user information. Since the Application does not collect or transmit personal information, there is minimal risk of unauthorized access to user data by the Service Provider.
